Simply you have to do that send a massage PORT_Mobile number and send it to 1900 (sms charge apply)
For example your number is 9876543210 than you have to send
a massage PORT 9876543210
send it to 1900 (sms charge apply )
After the sending massage you will get a massage from 1900
that “Dear Customer, your Unique Porting Code is ******** and the expiry date
is **-**-****. Please do not share this code with anyone other than recipient
operator personnel.”
Please relax and within 48 hours you will get a call from
customer care which operator sim you are using.
Customer care executive will ask you why do you want to
port-out.
Please told to customer care executive that “ I want to port
out because your call rate is very high other than companies so I want to port
out.”
After that customer care executive will offer you good plan
free of cost and ask to remain this number with same companies.
You have to agree with this and your call rate will be reduce within 24 hour without any charges.
